Getting a Quote

1 Get in touch with us by phone or request a quote online by filling the quotation request form with the necessary information.
2 After we get your information, we will work out the best price we can possibly offer you and get back to you via email.
3 An agent will then contact you by phone to walk you through the next steps and schedule an onsite survey if we feel it is necessary.
4 Following a small deposit, we can get you booked in for your preferred date and then the rest is up to us.

1 If your property has been deemed worthy of an onsite survey or online video survey you will be contacted to that effect.
2 We will schedule with you a suitable time to have the onsite or online survey based on your availability and location.
3 During this visit/video survey, we will be able to assess the volume that would need to be moved and come up with an all-inclusive solution.
4 We will come back to you shortly after with a fixed price quote. Then we will get you booked in and you leave the rest to us.

1 After all the details are confirmed, we will start getting ready for your move.
2 On moving day, we will arrive at the time you chose during your booking and will get straight to work.
3 We will pack what needs to be packed and load everything in the van. We will put every item exactly where you want it to be in your new property.
4 When the job is done, you will complete the payment using your preferred method and you can then enjoy your new property.

1 If your package includes packing we will start the process the day before or early in the morning of your move, depending on your preferences.
2 Our team will come with all the necessary material including the boxes, packing paper, and other required items.
3 They will then proceed to pack everything carefully and professionally following our high standards to make sure that nothing gets damaged.
4 Every box will be labelled so that it can be brought to the corresponding room on delivery and for you to know its content. This will allow you to plan your unpacking process easily.
